Nice looking, newly built house only 20 min from the big megapolis of Varna and the airport, 25 min from the sea. The village is quiet and well organised, with young families. The population is Bulgarians and not more than 15 Turkish people. Settled on a couple of slopes, the views to the hills, forests and fields are really nice. The right place for relax.
The house has been built in 2008, with cavity walls for better insulation and look, followed all the regulations and architectural plans. Three sizes of clay bricks have been used. Wood framed double glazed windows. The big wooden beams are carefully selected to match the character of the house. Its size is 10mx6m delivering 120 sq m living area consisting of big open lounge with a nice fireplace, kitchen, store room, wet room and a staircase. Two bedrooms with a terrace overlooking the hills and surrounding fields, bathroom and a lobby. The heating is with a fireplace and air ducts spreading the heat all over the house.
The price is low, because the garden and outside of the house (mainly the wood) needs attention. Most of the work is just varnishing. A mid-trained carpenter will handle the job with an ease.
