Banya is a very beautiful and attractive village, away from the noise of the big city. It is situated at the foot of the Balkan Mountains and is close to the Black Sea coast (4 miles).

This combination of mountain and sea climate makes Banja an attractive and preferred place.

The village is located 11 miles from the resort Sunny Beach, 16 miles from Nessebar town and 40 miles from the big administrative centers Burgas and Varna.
The altitude is 190 m. 4 miles away from the village is the nature reserve "Irakli", which is interesting with its picturesque pristine beach on the Black Sea, where rare bird species nest on the sand itself. The village is surrounded by dense, impassable forests and maintained vineyards. The combination of mountain and sea, as well as the beautiful scenery attract many Bulgarians and foreigners. A couple of English, German and Dutch families have already bought properties in the village.

The plot of land has building permission. It is situated on the upper side of the village with picturesque panorama at the mountains and at the sea. Plot could be divided into smaller pieces.
