Agents commission : We charge 3 % agents commission of the purchasing price but no less than 600 EUR , payable when paying the deposit and signing the preliminary contract

After care ( Property support ) :
* Full company book – keeping , accounting and administration servicing – 150 EUR per year.
* Manage the property in your absence- negotiate.
* Building , repairs , refurbishment and furnishing- negotiate
