Buying a property in Bulgaria
General information Since 01.01.2012 all EU and EAA citizens are allowed to buy land in Bulgaria, for instance, houses with gardens, all plots that are within the zoning of the settlements, apartments coming with ideal parts of the land, offices and other commercial properties. All Non-EU or EEA citizens can only own land by registering a company in Bulgaria, which then acquires legal ownership of the land.

Our legal assistance during the whole process to become an owner of a Bulgarian property
1) Making a preliminary contract ( reservation deposit which takes the property out of the market for 30 days – 10% - 20% of the price )
2) Register a company if neccessary (for non EU citizens) – preparing the documents for establishment of limited company , if you would like to buy a house with a land . It is not necessary to set up a company in case of purchase of apartment .
